I am sorry that you were not happy with our service. Although your vehicle passed it's MoT test there was a warning light on which you did not want us to repair but you asked if we could clear the fault so the light would go off, which we did. When you queried the extra charge my colleague said that we have to charge for our mechanics time and the use of our diagnostic machine as we are not a charity but we removed the charge as a gesture of goodwill and you were only charged for your MoT test. At no time did I feel that we were rude but we will certainly take a look and see if there is anything we could do differently in future.
